Paul Cain is the Chief Instructor & Head Coach of Spirit Taekwon-Do Academies, Mr Cain also is the Director of Spirit Taekwon-Do Administration with tasks such as building and maintaining this website, administration duties and running regular grade tests, I also teach, LIL Dragons, Kids kick & ITF Taekwon-Do at the Reading academies.
Paul Cain has been practicing Taekwon-Do since 1990, he has worked extremly hard to try and achieve his goal of the complete martial artist.
Paul Cain achieved the grade of fourth Degree Black Belt under the Senior UKITF MASTERS
PANEL;
Master Nicholls VIII, Master Oldam VIII, Master Hogan VII and Master Ogbourne.
With hard work, desire and dedication I achieved my 5th Degree from one of the best UK Instructors & Coaches, Master Sahota VII, along with an ITF Grading panel. The grading was hard, as I showed off discipliness in; Air Breaking, Senior Tuls, Step Sparring, Free Sparring, Advance Self Defence & a 60 question theory exam.

I have taken Taekwon-Do Teams & Students who then went on to achieved medals at the US ISKA OPEN United States (3 World Champions), ITF Spanish Open and the ITF Irish Open, ITF European Chamionships and all home Nationals ITF British, Welsh & Scottish.
One of my many Tkd goal's is teach & train at the highest level, I have taught Spirit TKD students who have since been picked to represent ITF England at World, European & International events over the last 20 years.
