Stress is a natural part of life and can actually help us to achieve our best in all areas of our lives. Yet for some, stress levels are so high they can become a problem.
Small amounts of daily stress are fine, however prolonged stress needs to be reduced or it can affect your health. Stress may also disrupt your eating patterns as sometimes we can over-indulge in food, or don't eat at all. Whatever the case, here are some ways you can limit the stress in your life;
